At this time we do not have a webshop for components. In time we will have a niche webshop for the most popular meters, instruments, tools and accessories. Contact us for your component needs and we will send you an offer within 24 hours. You may also order by phone, e-mail, fax or chat with us in below box:

Within one hour after placing your P.O. your will receive a receipt confirmation. When all order details have been checked you will receive our order confirmation. If you have not received our orderconfirmation within 48 hours please contact us.
You order will be processed the same day. When the productis in our own stock we will ship this the same day if ordered before 15:00.

Due to the nature of the products we supply and the diversity of sources we buy from, we are not able to offer fixed discounts. It is wise to keep an eye on the following quantities for possible price-breaks. These are widely used in the industries we are serving: 5/10/25/50/100/250/500/1000/
This is not possible for the many millions of different products (mostly componetns) we supply. Soon our niche webstore will have a small selection of the most popular meters, instruments and tools we supply.

When China entered the components market by the end of last century the availabilty of components received an enormous boost. Unfortunately this was also the mass-scale introduction of fake and refurbished components.
Since then we have learned the hard way to not all suppliers could be trusted. We now have a selective group of suppliers who go all the way to prevent supplying fakes or other sub-quality products.
These suppliers are , and have been screened by our stringent ISO9001 procedures. Even then, we we only use these suppliers as a last resort and will allways warn our customers up front. We can offer laboratory tests as well when you still have suspicions.
We accept orders from both private individuals and businesses. However, private individuals will be requested to prepay their orders. Please note that all EU based companies must provide a valid VAT number.

Kreisler Import is ISO9001 certified DNV. We are not certified for ISO14001, however, we do follow it’s guidelines and procedures.
