We normally use UPS Standard within Europe and a dedicated carrier for heavy shipments.
It is not a problem if you want your product shipped on your account through a different carrier, please let us know.
We ship worldwide. Shipments outside the EU can take up to 5 workingdays or sometimes even longer. UPS Standard shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany on the avarage delivery take 1-3 working days. Upon request we can ship through faster expresse services or by same day transport.

When your package is shipped with UPS, you can optionally receive an e-mail with a tracking number when we ship your order. This will contain a link to the UPS website to see the current status and location of your package. Let us know if you want us to activate this. However, if your package is shipped with regular mail, there’s no option to track and trace.
Since most components are shipped from within the Netherlands, there are never any customs fees or duties on Netherlands-based orders. However, any duties, taxes, or customs-related costs imposed by another destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Kreisler Import BV at any time for any reason.
When the packaged was shipped with UPS, DHL, FedEx or any other courier, you need to sign for delivery.
Your privacy is important to us! We are committed to meeting your privacy protection expectations. International shipments are subject to checks by customs authorities. We are also required to provide our shippers with certain details such as company name and address and product information. If necessary, this information is passed on to customs authorities for clearance purposes, while also helping to ensure that your shipment is processed quickly and in compliance with local laws.
When you are not satisfied about your purchase it is often possible to return this for credit or replacement.
To do this you need to apply for an RMA number using below form. Return shipments without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Discontinued or obsolete items have been supplied to you under Non-Cancellable en Non-Returnable terms. Most of the time our suppliers won’t accept returns for these kind of items. Although some suppiers may sometimes offer a re-stocking charge.
The above is not applicable to supplied items that do not function as one should expect or to damaged items. We will discuss all possible solutions with you upon receipt of your completed RMA form.
Valid reasons for returning a product:
- The product does not meet the factory specifications.
- The product was received damaged.
- The product has been supplied without promised certificates.
- The product was not properly packed.
- Marking on the product deviates with what was agreed upon.
- Higher Quantity received from what was confirmed.
- The product did not meet the expirydate agreed upon.
External deviations need to be reported within 3 days of receipt
Functional devtiations need to be reported within 25 days of receipt
If we receive a report after the above mentioned periods there is a chance we can not accept a return! Please find here our RMA form.
